Job Description:

We are BoomBit, a leading Mobile Gaming company with a global audience of millions of players and over 1 billion downloads of our games since our inception in 2010. Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 320 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.
We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- In-depth knowledge of user acquisition, business intelligence, quality assurance services, playable ads, and game creatives
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the gaming industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and plan in order to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the gaming industry
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the gaming industry
- Understand client needs and industry trends to position our services effectively and identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our services portfolio
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge
- Work closely with the services delivery team to develop compelling proposals that address client needs
- Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
- Establish and maintain sales reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
